Vegetable Oil | Cinnamon x 1 tsp | Cardamom x 1 tsp | Cloves x 2 | Chopped Onion x 2 | Ginger paste x 1 tsp | Garlic paste x 1 tsp | Turmeric powder x 1 tsp | Coriander powder x 1 tsp | Chilli powder x 1 tsp | 4 x Chicken breasts | Chopped tomatoes x 1 tin | Salt to taste | Cream x 1 tbsp | Coriander leaves
Method
Heat the oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves.
Add the chopped onion and cook until the onion is translucent. Add the ginger, garlic paste and stir. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and cook for some time.
Add the chicken, chopped tomatoes and salt.
When the chicken is cooked, finish with cream and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with Basmati rice & Indian bread
